What to write about

A few of the things people most often reach out for:

• Questions about anything in our guides — if something is unclear, tell us and we will try to help.
• Corrections. We aim to be accurate and general. If you spot something that reads as out of date or wrong, let us know and we will review it.
• Guide ideas. Is there a train-travel topic you wish we covered? Suggestions help shape what we write next.
• General feedback on the site and what would make it more useful.

What to expect

We usually reply within a few business days. To help us respond well, include a clear subject line and, where relevant, a link to the guide you are writing about.

We are not a train operator or a ticket seller, so we cannot access, change, or refund bookings, or help with a specific reservation. For anything tied to a ticket you have purchased, contact the operator or retailer you booked with directly.
